Conditions
1. PURPOSE
These terms are intended to define how the services are performed by BAGGAGE HOME.
In any capacity whatsoever, BAGGAGE HOME undertakes:
The fact that the owner of the luggage to subscribe to services offered by BAGGAGE HOME implies acceptance, without reservation of these conditions.
No special or other general terms of the owner may not, unless expressly accepted by BAGGAGE HOME prevail over these terms.
So no agent or substituted BAGGAGE HOME is empowered to amend these provisions.
Contractual relations are governed by these terms and conditions without prejudice to the relevant provisions of French law applicable.
2. ELIGIBILITY BAGGAGE
The owner undertakes to respect the conditions of admission:
Plastic bags are accepted as well as those that open with a code on condition that this code we have been provided (without error) over the Internet or is not activated.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON THE ASSUMPTION
Generally, and without this list being exhaustive, cannot be assumed the suitcases or travel bags containing:
The owner of the luggage undertakes to inform BAGGAGE HOME particularities of non-apparent or luggage when they are likely to be an obstacle to the implementation by BAGGAGE HOME, for his performance.
In the event that the owner would contract with BAGGAGE HOME objects falling within the above restrictions, it would do its own risk and under disclaims any responsibility BAGGAGE HOME.
In case of breach above, the owner authorizes BAGGAGE HOME to dispose of or his luggage in the manner it deems appropriate including abandonment. It furthermore compensate BAGGAGE HOME all the resulting consequences thereof, of any nature whatsoever.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER OF BAGGAGE
5. RIGHT OF INSPECTION
Through visits by customs or security, the owner of the baggage agrees that any governmental authority, including Customs, is entitled to open and inspect the baggage or (s) responsible (s) at any time without the exercise of this right does not call into question the fact that the owner of the baggage remains solely responsible for the accuracy of his statements.
6. MANAGEMENT / DELIVERY
Upon delivery, damage or theft must be from the owner or his representative reserves written, accurate, complete, signed and dated on the back of the delivery.
The furnishing by the owner or his representative "Good for delivery" (voucher), which is coupled to the invoice, one of the officers BAGGAGE HOME, demonstrated the delivery of the luggage (s).
7. RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 LOSS / DAMAGE
Responsibility, BAGGAGE HOME is accepted for any loss or damage caused to (x) luggage (s) between the time of its collection and that of its delivery. The owner's fault, cases of force majeure, inherent vice of the object, are not limited to, cases of exemption from responsibility
If it is established, responsibility BAGGAGE HOME is committed as 250 euros per bag, and upon presentation of receipts.
7.2 LATE
In case of delay in delivery of his, BAGGAGE HOME undertakes to pay compensation which shall not exceed the price of the service, duties, taxes and miscellaneous expenses. This clause applies only in cases of express deliveries on one hand and deliveries go the other.
7.3 DAMAGES AWARDED
BAGGAGE HOME cannot be held to support material damage or indirect whatever the cause.
8. COMPLAINT
Under penalty of inadmissibility of the application, any objections must be specifically addressed to BAGGAGE HOME, the contact details on our website, at the latest within twenty-one (21) days after delivery or are suspected.
The claim must be substantiated and supported with the injury.
The complaint is admissible provided that the price of the service had been acquitted.
In the absence of detailed reservations made by the owner or his representative at the delivery, it is the claimant to prove that the injury occurred while BAGGAGE HOME had custody of his / her luggage (s) and d establish that the damage is due to BAGGAGE HOME.
9. PRICE
Delivery is charged, per bag, depending on the nature of desired delivery. There are three (03) types of delivery:
10.1 PAYMENT
Payment is made immediately by credit card or paypal.
In case of default the transaction is not recorded.
The parties agree that their mutual claims and liabilities arising from the performance of these conditions can be offset on the sole initiative of either of them.
No discount will be practiced. No claim is admissible in case of cancellation of booking by the owner.
10.2 PRINCIPAL SPECIAL
By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge, in your capacity as owner of the luggage (s), giving a special mandate to BAGGAGE HOME or his representatives for the purpose of conducting your stead:
All the necessary formalities for the receipt of your / your luggage (s) at the baggage conveyor Airport Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle. As such, BAGGAGE HOME and / or its representatives, its everywhere and anywhere ability to sign in your place, all discharge or statement issued, if any reservation, either at the airports of Paris, your airline or any other person or entity.
All the necessary formalities with the Customs or other competent authority.
11. VOIDANCE
If any provision of these Conditions be declared void or deemed unwritten, all other provisions will still apply.
12. LIMITS - APPLICABLE LAW-JURISDICTION
12.1 PRESCTIPTION
All actions are barred within one year from the date of delivery or the day the delivery should take place.
12.2 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to these falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, even in cases of multiple defendants or as collateral.
All information and data collected about you is required to manage your orders and our trade relations. They can also be passed on to companies that contribute to this relationship. BAGGAGE HOME, controller, retains this information and data to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the passenger has a right to access, modify, correct or delete information on regarding. - Only suitcases and travel bags are supported by BAGGAGE HOME, regardless of weight or size.
- Excluded are boxes, canteens, boxes and all baggage called special, ie: sports equipment (bicycles, golf equipment, skiing, fishing, and musical instruments ...)
- The suitcases and travel bags should not be closed by padlocks. They must be opened in your absence procedures for inspection by customs and security.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON THE ASSUMPTION
Generally, and without this list being exhaustive, cannot be assumed the suitcases or travel bags containing:
- Object in the national and international regulations on hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, ammunition, gas, flammable, radioactive, toxic, infectious or corrosive and all objects which by their nature or packaging, may present a danger to personal driving or handling, environmental, or safety of others;
- Jewelry, watches even partially composed of precious metals, stones and precious metals, currencies, currency, bank notes, financial stocks, securities or payment instruments including bearer negotiable instruments, gift vouchers , telephone cards or equivalents, and generally any paper or other material submitted to the legality of cash in transit and to make a payment fungible;
- Animals or living or dead, temperature-controlled goods or perishables;
- Firearms, weapons of war or collection charge or not, drugs, art, publications or audiovisual materials prohibited by any law or regulation;
- Counterfeit products,
- Replies to tenders, cases pre-qualification through award of contracts and copies of exams, Furs, plants and perishables, psychotropic exchange traded securities and all objects not be imported into the country of destination.
The owner of the luggage undertakes to inform BAGGAGE HOME particularities of non-apparent or luggage when they are likely to be an obstacle to the implementation by BAGGAGE HOME, for his performance.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER OF BAGGAGE
- Content: The Owner agrees not to entrust BAGGAGE HOME, as suitcases or travel bags containing only personal belongings that is to say, new and used goods for use or personal consumption, related to the circumstances of his journey. The owner of the luggage is liable for that damage caused to third parties and / or BAGGAGE HOME baggage falling above restrictions and all the consequences of failure to observe these restrictions. The owner is responsible for statements made in the routing slip, especially those relating to the delivery address of luggage, to be precise, accurate and complete to enable a supply under normal conditions. In any event, the telephone number of the owner of the baggage or its representative in the country of destination is a complementary compulsory to be worn by the owner on the routing slip.
- Weight: The weight of the suitcase or travel bag has no impact on the price of our services.

9. PRICE

- Express delivery, the baggage is delivered in a maximum of 3h30 to count the actual time of arrival of the flight;
- Delivery Appointments, the baggage is delivered at a time stipulated by the owner, within a time slot range as follows: 3h30 minimum for counting of the actual arrival of the flight and 8 hours maximum after arrival flight;
- Flexible delivery, the baggage is delivered in a maximum of 8 hours for after the flight arrives.The current prices are listed on our website under the heading booking form. They will be revised if significant variations BAGGAGE HOME charges relating to conditions external to it.
