Content declaration
The declaration of contents is for customs. Customs clearance has indeed the subject of rights but also obligations.
By entrusting us with your luggage, you acknowledge your sole and exclusive responsibility, they are aligned with your customs requirements namely:

5. No imported goods whose value exceeds 430 euros, 150 euros if the passenger is younger than 15 years.
